The fee is non refundable, but you can find someone else to take your place in dialogue with the registration.

We seek members to our team. There are two opportunities to be part.

HELP OUT PRE+POST / OR DURING THE FESTIVAL

PRE / POST

Help us open and close Solvik.
This is an opportunity to arrive two days before the festival starts to help out prepare the school (clearing space and prepping the facilities) - and stay after the festival ended to clean up and close down.

SEK 4000 ~€375 / in exchange of approx 10-15hours in total. * This role includes physical work such as lifting, general cleaning, making the space beautiful, as well as warming up the studios :)

FESTIVAL helper

Help out during the festival.

This is an opportunity to be part of the team during the festival giving daily support
( including meal / snacks preparations, cleaning up and taking care of shared spaces )

SEK 3500 ~€325 / In exchange for 3–5h of daily support / approx. 15-20hours in total.

* This role includes meal preparation and care of shared spaces during the festival.

SLEEPING OPTIONS

There will be the option to camp by brining your own tent and gear.

If you wish to sleep inside we offer the option to sleep in the beautiful classrooms.

We ask everyone to bring your own sleeping mat, pillow and sleeping bag.

If you live close to the venue / in the Stockholm area and drive with a car to the event, and have the possibility to bring extra gear as pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, maybe even an extra tent - we would be amazed! It would simplify for people traveling in from a far, that might have difficulties to bring sleeping equipment. We will do our best for everyone to sleep as comfortable as possible. Let us know if you have the possibility to support the sleeping situation in one way or another, and please mark everything you bring.

FAMILIES

Information regarding kids at the festivaL follows.

Kids are warmly welcome and the venue is a beautiful space for families. Since we wish to welcome as many dancers as possible it will not be suitable for kids to join the dance spaces during intensives or classes. We wish the studios to be focused for dancing. There will at times be opportunities where we can open up for kids accompanied by parents or other adults who wish to join. We welcome parents to self organise activities outdoors around the school, in the forest and by the sea with other kids coming to the festival.

To create a smooth sleeping situation for everyone, families are welcome to camp with your own tents or campers to create a little Kids zone. Please let us know if you are coming with your family and have any further questions.
